It is greatly appreciated. Bulls topped at $30,000 for lot 3 Pentire Renegade R29 sired by HF Alcatraz 60F. Four Alcatraz sons averaged $17,750, and two were only 11-and-a-half months old on sale day. The second top price was $22,000 for lot 4 Pentire Remington R021, another HF Alcatraz 60F son. The third best price was $18,000 for Pentire Rambo R47, a son of Milwillah Elsom P184. The overall sale average was $11,500. By the end of the weekend there were only four yearling bulls left and they are part of this year's sale. Once again, there was strong local support for the great draft of bulls, which I feel was the best line-up in the Pentire 10-sale history. But there was also a nice mix of new clients with bulls heading as far away as Moree.
